“I am pleased to be able to write this testimonial for Rocky Mountain Ranch Services. I am a property manager for a private home on 4 acres of river front property in the Roaring Fork Valley.The late spring of 2022 brought with it some, strong winds. A project we had planned, to replace an existing fence later in the summer, got “pushed-up” when the winds decided to “push-over” a large section of the same fence.
The search for a company who could do the job quickly and correctly proved challenging until I was referred to Parker Nieslanik and Rocky Mountain Ranch Services by a local construction & lumber retailer. I called Parker to describe the issue. He was there the next morning to survey the job, had a proposal in my hands the next day and was on site within a couple of more days to begin the dismantling of the existing fence and staging the construction of the new fence. It’s a 250-270 ft fence. The team he brought to the site were very thorough, did great work and were very conscientious to details working around an existing irrigation system. They left the site clean and presentable each day. They were respectful of recommendations I made and were quick to make those adaptations.
Overall, I and the owners of the property could not have been more satisfied with the job they did. I got to know Parker and his dad and brother as they were also present to inspect the work and help remove debris from the job site. It was a pleasure having them here and I highly recommend them if you have need for their services.”
